Welcome At Complete Nursing Care we fully understand how difficult it can be both for those who require the care and also for those searching for the right type of care for their loved ones. The fact is that no matter how much we want to, sometimes we just can’t do everything. We offer to care just as you would if you were able. It’s a big step to have people coming into your home to do things you would normally prefer to do for yourself. We appreciate that there may be a sense of losing one’s independence, or of being at fault personally, feeling that any care required should be given by you. We aim to make the process easier, enjoyable even, for all those involved, with the cared-for at the very centre of everything we do. We really are the next best thing to caring for yourself or your loved ones when you can’t. Our Ethos Let me introduce myself… I am Liz Tyrrell, founder, owner and manager of Complete Nursing Care. I am a Registered General Nurse and Health visitor with a Postgraduate Certificate in Practise Education. I worked in Community health for many years and have seen many changes during this time. I remember when personal care was commonly provided by the NHS District Nursing Service. The nurses offered ‘at home’ care to all the family. The care was of an extremely high quality, overseen by qualified nurses and really appreciated by patients. The ethos of Complete Nursing Care comes from the passion and commitment demonstrated by these district nurses. Our objective is to provide high quality, sensitive care to people in their homes, with their needs at the heart of everything we do.
