We are more than happy to informally advise on the best course of action for you; and please, if you do get the answer machine when you call, do leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can – we promise.
When you call we can have an informal chat, and then if you like we can arrange to meet and discuss what care may be required at a later date.
If you then decide that you would
like us to provide some care, a qualified
nurse will work in conjunction with you to
devise the best course of action for your individual needs.
This same nurse will then oversee the care package; if there are ever any problems or changes that need to be made, you can discuss them with her.
Our care is extremely flexible, and the aim is always to make your life easier and enable you to stay in your own home for as long as you are able.
