The most important person to you is the care worker who delivers your care. All our care workers are recruited for their skills in communication, empathy and caring, as well as their previous experience. Because we are not a large, corporate agency we can afford to be selective and handpick the carers who work with us. Needless to say, the quality of our staff is of utmost
importance to us.
All staff have an enhanced CRB (police) check and two references are sought. It is only when these references have been thoroughly checked that we proceed with recruiting any suitable candidates.

Staff then undergo a nationally recognised induction programme, which includes:
Shadowing more experienced care workers.
Training from the manager who is a qualified Clinical Practice teacher.
We also use the Northamptonshire Social Services training programme for mandatory training, which is of a very high standard.
Staff are then encouraged to undertake further training such as
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ).
We have regular team meeting and all staff receive supervision and
guidance from the manager.
We are very proud of our team, everyone works closely and makes the needs of our client’s top priority. We all enjoy what we do and therefore we really care about our clients and feel privileged to be a part of their lives.

Because the management team are all qualified nurses, they are familiar with available services networks for care. We have very close links with local health and social services and prefer to work in partnership with them. Some clients will be referred to us via Social or the health services, while others will contact us themselves. However you reach us, you can be assured of the most attentive care at all times.
